I was nervous about my procedure. The staff at Sono Bello made the whole experience comfortable and reduced my anxiety. Dr. Stapenhorst, my nurses and registered nurse Veronica, were all very warm and friendly and answered all my questions. I am thrilled with what results I have seen so far and look forward to the next few months of recovery and seeing my final results.
Unfortunately, I was accepted for a touch up because the first male doctor did not care about my experience I did not receive any information besides the email did not even get a compression garment. Late November I met Dr Daisy and she was the ABSOLUTE BEST! it made my results that are not fully healed worth the wait. From the way she listened to the areas that needed attention and just the entire experience was absolutely a 10/10. I could tell by the way to removed the fat that I look amazing and she enjoyed sculpting my body. I want to thank her soooooo much she really made me feel beautiful. And her team was phenomenal as well
My beginning experience was very professional from my first point of contact and through the procedure which I was anxious about and everyone made me feel at ease. The follow -up after my procedure was non-existent, I didn't hear from Sono Bello at all, no one called me to check on me, I had to call the day after because I had a post-procedure questions. I was disappointed by that or maybe I missed that communication that you don't receive a post-procedure call as a matter of practice!? I guess if I have any questions or concerns, I should save them for my post-procedure appointment with the Surgeon.
Lastly, I am happy with the recent changes I have seen to my body thus far and am glad I did it.
Dr Egu and Nurse Jada are the best! Both of them, genuinely care about the patients needs. Perfect bedside manner. In today's society, I have experienced when the doctor or surgeon comes in, it's all about business, no making the patient feel at ease unless coming from some type of social class point of view. I prayed for the best and received nothing short of it. They went over each procedure as I laid there. Literally they were like two mother eagles, looking over the nest. Not only did I see their work ethics, I saw their heart. I am sure after the swelling, I will be more than satisfied. My recommendation is to go check them out. You will not regret it.
My experience with everyone at Sono Bello has been amazing. From Hope, my consultant to the front desk Kenny, they were all friendly and very understanding. My Dr. Egu all my nurses were great. Explained everything and were very helpful through this whole experience.
All the staff at the Houston Bellaire office are truly professional, friendly and kind. Dr. Stapenhorst did an amazing job. I look fantastic! Trina, my consultant, helped me plan my procedure taking into account "me" and what I needed without over selling me on things I didn't need. She was very helpful. The staff was always attentive. I had a wonderful, worry free experience.
Thank you for a memorable journey on becoming a better me! The Doctor and staff were extremely nice and made me feel comfortable every step of the way! From the front office all the way to the nurses and everyone in between. I would definitely recommend Sono Bello! Thank you all for everything!
Dr. Stapenhorst was absolutely amazing. He answered all my questions, and even called to follow up after my procedure. Janette is such an amazing nurse, she reasured me when I was weiry, gave me a stressball when she saw I was nervous, and was so patient and kind with all my questions. Their bedside manner was phenomenal. I am only 4 days out, I cannot wait to see my results.
Russia sold me in during my consultation, she definitely knows what she is doing.
Kenny, Jocelynn, and Veronica we are so kind when I had questions or needed anything. The facility is well kept. 10/10 definitely recommend.
